What is Yin Yoga? Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, the poses are held for a long period of time (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the asanas are more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.

Join Yoga Jule at FMAR for an hour long Yoga class with 7 puppies and their mama. Weather permitting, this class will be held outdoors.

For the first time ever FMAR is offering a yoga class in partnership with Yoga Jule. This kitten yoga class will take place at FMAR in the large training room.

Please note, that because of room size, we are limited to 12 participants for this yoga class.

Every Saturday, FMAR has open visitation hours from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. Come see our adoptable cats and dogs! Please note, an appointment will be required to finalize any adoptions.
